My Gifted with ADHD Academy gives you the opportunity to join a vibrant community who meet regularly. Learn effective strategies and techniques to empower you to thrive with ADHD and not just survive. Join our community of like-minded individuals, who are on the path of personal growth and development.

What happens during ADHD Academy sessions?

Every month we’ll cover a different topic related to ADHD. Each session will start with our weekly wins, and we also share our challenges. I will introduce the topic and talk about how this can impact us ADHDers. We will then discuss strategies and techniques to help mitigate these challenges.

The Gifted with ADHD Academy is designed to help you understand your ADHD brain and to work with it instead of against it. It will also help you to gain greater awareness around your thoughts, emotions, and actions, enabling you to achieve a greater level of success and happiness.

Among many things you will learn, you will also be given the skills and tools to help you:
  • Learn how to emotionally regulate
  • Reduce stress and overwhelm
  • Play to your strengths and mitigate your challenges
  • Learn how to let go of feelings of rejection and promote true self-acceptance
  • Learn tools to help you plan and manage your time
  • Understand and improve your executive function challenges

When is it and when can you join?

The sessions run weekly on Tuesdays from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. You can join us at any time and the sessions are payable per month.

How much does it cost?

It costs £140 a month (that’s only £35 a week!). You simply pay each month and there is no long-term commitment.

Do you have to attend every week?

No! Each session will be recorded, so you can catch up whenever you choose. It is also really helpful with group coaching to watch it again, as you can gain a different perspective and valuable insights.

My group coaching sessions are a fraction of the cost of my one-to-one coaching sessions. However, in my experience, they can be just as transformative as the one-to-one coaching model.

Is the Gifted with ADHD Academy confidential?

Yes. By joining this group coaching programme, you are agreeing to not share the recording with anyone and to respect others’ privacy within the group.

It’s important to remember that you are not alone, and this is why group coaching for ADHD can be very supportive and empowering. By interacting with other people with ADHD, you can share your own experiences and help each other. How much you choose to participate is completely up to you. Many people feel they learn more and gain more confidence when they are able to talk openly with like-minded people in a safe space.

My group coaching takes place online, so you can take part from the comfort of your own home. Every month will be focused on a theme, for example, dealing with procrastination or overwhelm.

Whatever profession or background you have, come and connect with your fellow ADHD tribe, develop skills and strategies and learn and grow together.
