How I Work

Coaching for ADHD

My approach to coaching for ADHD acknowledges biological challenges, such as the core symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. Together, we will explore ways you can develop the 12 executive function skills by practising strategies that work for our unique brain wiring. ADHD coaching also helps adults to build forward momentum in their lives by learning inner confidence, belief and self-acceptance.

From my own personal experience and journey of self-discovery, I learned what my brain needed to thrive rather than survive, I call this my 12 steps to personal transformation!

My hope is that I can support fellow members of our amazing ADHD community. I want you to be able to unconditionally accept who you are and embrace your own unique brain wiring as I have done. I want you to know that having a neurodiverse brain is an incredible strength. In fact, this is your GIFT, once you know how to work with it and not against it!
