Coaching helps to develop 12 executive function skills by practising strategies that work for our unique brain wiring. ADHD coaching also helps adults to build forward momentum in their lives by gaining self-belief and self-acceptance.

ADHD coaching helps you to work with your ADHD challenges and develop the 12 executive function skills to help you improve your daily life. Many of my clients experience a physical and emotional transformation, as well as developing skills and strategies to achieve their long-term goals.
Put simply, you get what you put in. Many of my clients choose to have longer-term coaching, but these sessions become less frequent over time. I always recommend at least 12 sessions, so you can experience the benefits and see true results.
In some cases, coaching costs can be split into smaller monthly payments. It’s my aim to help as many adults with ADHD as possible. Please get in touch if you would like my support but you cannot afford to pay a large upfront cost.
The simple answer is no. You can access the benefits of coaching without having a formal diagnosis. Many of my clients don’t have a formal diagnosis but relate to the traits and the challenges of ADHD.
Yes I do. A lot of my clients come via the Access to Work scheme and I am happy to liaise with you regarding the logistics of claiming for your sessions.
